اگر «روز» در زمان مصدق در میآمد

میگویند کاریکاتوری که در شمارهی پیش روز آمده بود مال قبل از آزادی سربازان بوده است. خب، باشد. پس حالا این یکی جدیدترش را ببینید که حتی از آن یکی هم بدتر است.
کاریکاتوریست «روز» از حل شدن شگفتآور و خلاقانهی بزرگترین بحران سالهای اخیر ایران فقط یک چیز را—لابد فرافکنانه—دیده و آن هم دینامیک بیاهمیت و بچگانهی جذابیت جنسی ملوان زن بریتانیایی است برای رییسجمهور کشورش. او آگاهانه تمام مناسبات موجود قدرت در این بحران دو هفتهای و همهی لایهها و ابعادش و پیامدهای آن را برای مردم کشورش، پدر و مادر و خواهر و برادرش، تقلیل داده به سکس و سردبیر «روز» هم با افتخار آن را منتشر کرده است.
این توهینآمیزترین واکنشی است که یک ایرانی میتوانست در ازای دویست یورو پول به چنین اتفاقی نشان دهد. واکنشی حقیرانه که حتی زردترین روزنامهی انگلیس، سان، هم هرگز به اتفاقاتی چنین نشان نداده و نمیدهد.
با همین طرز نگاه، شک ندارم که اگر «روز» در زمان مصدق درمیآمد، کاریکاتوری از نخستوزیر پیر و بیباک ملتش میکشید و در آن مثلا نشان میداد که مصدق پس از سخنرانیاش در سازمان ملل، شبهنگام، کنار منشی موطلایی نمایندهی چرچیل در سازمان ملل عاجزانه خوابیده و آرزو میکند که کاش میتوانست راست کند و موطلایی انگلیسی را از نظر جنسی ارضا کند.
شیرین عبادی در آن مقالهای مینوشت و به مصدق میتاخت که بجای جنجال آفرینی و به خطر انداختن منافع مردم ایران بهتر است ایدهی ملی شدن نفت و قطع دست بریتانیا از درآمد کشورش را به رفراندم بگذارد.
مسعود بهنود مینوشت که هنگام قدم زدن در خیابان ساوث کنزینگتون، روزنامهی تایم در دست، دختر جوان خطیبالسلطنه را دیده که در لندن دارد با تمام کردن دکترای حقوق برای خودش خانمی میشود و از قول دخترک جوان برای ما نقل میکند که در کلاس درس حقوق بینالملل تمام ششصد و بیست و سه نفر دانشجوی انگلیسی پس از شنیدن اسم مصدق از استادشان از شدت خنده به گریه افتادهاند و استادشان برایشان دو ساعت و چهل و چهار دقیقهی تمام توضیح داده که چرا روش ایران را در علم حقوق بینالملل به عنوان دیپلماسی مندرس مینامند.
حسین باستانی با اسم مستعار نیکزاد حقیقتبین گزارشی مینوشت و در آن به نخست وزیر ایران «هشدار» میداد که «رویکرد» «تهاجمی»اش در «مواجهه» با «امپراطوری» محترم «و» بزرگ «بریطانیا» با توجه «به» شرایط «سنی» نخستوزیر به مصلحت نیست «و» بهتر است آن «روزنامهی عصر طهران» به جای انتقاد از «دولت فخیمهی» «بریطانیا» به «حقوق» پایمال شدهی کارمندان «بریطانیایی» «کمپانی» «انگلو-ایرانین» بپردازد.
